An award-winning restoration of a 1894 French Chateau, designed by famed architect Richard Morris Hunt. A meticulous restoration process included the installation of a geothermal system, solar panels, restoration and reconstruction of doors and windows, full slate roof replacement, extensive regrading and drainage systems, as well as restoration of decorative millwork, historic wallpaper and tapestries, and stabilization and reconstruction of staircases and floor systems.
