Lisa Marrocco

Lisa has over 30 years of experience in construction, development and asset management across New England.  Overseeing management staff and building engineers for various office, retail, mixed use and unique residential properties, she has a keen understanding of how the asset is supposed to operate.  Her specialty is to develop capital budgets, institute preventative maintenance schedules and work closely with clients to enhance and protect their real estate portfolios.

When not thinking about HVAC systems, Lisa enjoys time with her Rhode Island family and surfing the northern New England coastline.
